Becca’s experience in this field began in the 1990s as a tour guide at Miami University. A member of the Miami University Student Foundation (MUSF), she supported student recruitment efforts, including Red Carpet Days for accepted students.

She worked in Human Resources as a recruiter and corporate trainer in Michigan and Ohio, hiring corporate staff and research scientists. She also oversaw the engineering co-op program, including university recruiting.

Becca’s strong aversion to bad resumes drove her to start coaching various groups and school systems, including serving as a board member for the Toledo Public Schools Foundation and its scholarship review committee.

Becca actively supported the college searches for both of her children, leading to the successful assimilations into the right school environment for them. After conducting extensive research, countless campus visits, time spent with paid and unpaid consultants, Becca decided to share the niche knowledge she had acquired with other parents. This education continues as a graduate student within the University of Cincinnati’s School of Education.

Her efforts to help students "find their path" have grown over the past 9 years, meeting the needs of many students and parents going through this challenging process.
